Website and service publisher
The Nexikos operator is the legal entity identified below. It is responsible for the content of nexikos.leologic.ch/site and the service available at nexikos.leologic.ch.
Intellectual property
The Nexikos software, brand, interface, texts and graphics are protected; Leologic Sàrl is the holder of the rights. No reproduction or exploitation rights are granted beyond normal use of the service.

Backups
The entire site and service (database, files, documents and attachments of all companies) is backed up automatically on two cycles: an hourly backup, made every hour when data has changed since the previous one, and a daily backup. Hourly copies are kept on a rolling basis: at least the latest twenty-four are kept, each new copy replacing the oldest. Daily backups are normally kept for 15 days, at least fifteen days, and then deleted automatically. A restore can only return data to the state of the last available backup: entries, changes and documents made since that last backup (up to one hour of activity) may be permanently lost in the event of an incident, outage, handling error or attack. To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law, the operator is not liable for data lost between two backups. Backups serve to restore the service as a whole; they are not an archive available to the customer, who cannot request items from them one by one, and the operator is not obliged to restore a single company’s data or an earlier version of a document separately. Customers wanting additional security regularly make their own exports. Wilful intent and gross negligence of the operator remain reserved (art. 100 para. 1 CO).
