How long is the trial?
Essentiel is free for 30 days from email confirmation.
What happens without payment?
The account moves to Basique: 1 user, 1 property, 5 leases and data export at any time. Data is not deleted.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time, including in Basique mode.
Is my data backed up?
Yes: the entire site is backed up every hour (at least the latest 24 copies, on a rolling basis) and every day (backups kept for at least 15 days). Entries made since the last backup (up to one hour of activity) may be lost in the event of an incident; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexikos is not liable for this. For extra safety, export your data regularly.
How can I pay?
When payments are enabled by the platform administrator, the Subscription area lets you choose a plan and open secure payment.
Where is the data hosted?
Nexikos data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.
Has Nexikos moved to a new address?
Yes: Nexikos is at nexikos.leologic.ch. Your data, usernames and passwords stay the same. Face ID, Touch ID or Windows Hello is tied to the old address: sign in once with your password, then add it again in “My account and security”.
